Computer to Plate Imaging Services

As an independent supplier of top quality printing plates since 1999, our customers rely on us to provide the very best quality and reliability. We use the Creo (now Kodak) Trendsetter Spectrum to image plates and Kodak Digital Matchprints. Our Kodak Prinergy PDF workflow system is used to process and impose jobs. Prinergy can also hand off print data to our new digital press or passed on to a print company.

For inkjet proofing, we use the Epson 10600 with Ultrachrome inks. All of our equipment is calibrated to the GRACoL G7 color standard for gray balance and dot gain. Custom press profiling is available.

Plate imaging jobs are archived to DVD; not as a guarantee, but as a courtesy. A job from our archives can be quickly retrieved and re-imaged. Technical note: If you avoid the use of alkaline chemicals, you should be able to re-use our plates later.

Minimum plate size is 12x18; maximum size is 32x44.
Epson proofing uses 24 inch or 44 inch rolls x whatever length you require.
Digital Matchprint sizes are: 10x12.5, 12.5x21, 21x25 and 21x29.
